Before work begins
If a cancellation request is approved before any planning, research, setup or production begins, we may issue a refund less payment-processing costs and any non-recoverable third-party fees.
After work begins
Once work has begun, payments compensate for reserved capacity and services performed and are generally non-refundable. When appropriate, we may provide completed work up to the paid project stage.
Subscriptions and third-party costs
Recurring services must be canceled according to the applicable agreement. Domain, hosting, software, advertising, filing and other third-party fees are subject to the provider’s policies and are generally non-refundable.
